Using Promarkers 2

Once again apologies for the photographic quality of this card, obviously the light was insufficient at 6.30 am today and the card really is much prettier in reality.

Promarkers were once again used on the outside edges of this scalloped card and also on the layers of the topper and the stamped image itself, which incidentally is from the Crafters Companion Popcorn Bear Rubber Stamp range.  The papers used were both from Papermania, the pink from the Red Hot range and the blue from the Blueberry range.  The border was created using a Martha Stewart border punch and the sentiment was stamped using Memento Ink and one of the greetings included with the rubber stamp.  Card Kandi and glitter were added for a bit of sparkle.

We are Friends

This sweet card was made using yet more free decoupage from Do Crafts.  This could be sent as an Easter card or for a birthday and the colours are just so fresh they make you think of spring.  The papers are from the Papermania Lemon Sorbet collection and the border was made using a Martha Stewart punch.  The greeting was made using Safmat and the Kanban pearl gems finish the card off nicely.

More free decoupage

Yet another card made using the  decoupage papers that were free with the latest Creativity Magazine.  The edges of the 6 x 6 scalloped edged card were coloured using a Blossom Promarker Pen as was the layer created with a Spellbinders Nestabiliy die.  The leafy swirl is one of the Marianne Creatable dies and the bow was made using Woodware ribbon.  Card Kandi was added for the finishing touch.

Using Promarkers

Apologies for the quality of the photograph of this card, it really does not do it justice.

We have a promotion on Promarkers during January, the single pens are £1.99 each or 3 for £5.00 ( a saving of £1.00) and this card has been created to show that a simple peel off can be coloured using these pens to give a stunning effect.  The outside edges of the card, the edges of the topper and the Woodware ribbon were coloured using Blossom from the Promarker range and this enables you to achieve full colour co-ordination.  A greeting from Kanban was added to finish off.

Teddy easel card

This easel card was made using yet another of the free decoupage papers from Do Crafts (there are so many to choose from).  We added to the Craftwork Cards easel card, papers from Papermania Lemon Sorbet Collection and the flowers were made using one of the Marianne Spiral Flower dies.  The edges of the flowers, the card and the border were chalked with Colorbox Fluid Chalk and the leaves were also a Marianne die.  Papermania gems were added to give a sparkly finish.

Sweet teddy

This sweet teddy card was made using one of the 6 x 6 scalloped edged cards from Crafts UK.  We love these cards as they are just the right size for the free decoupage we have been using recently from Do Crafts.  The edges of the card were inked up using the Vintage Photo Distress Ink Pad and then gold mirri card and Papermania Lemon Sorbet Papers were added.  The Woodware ribbon was coloured using the same ink pad and then the floral embelishment was created using a Sizzix die.

Another cute kitten

Hello again

Here is another cute little kitten from the free decoupage mentioned earlier.  We added to the decoupage, papers from Papermania Red Hot Paper pack and  a few Papermania gems along with a border from the Spellbinders range, not forgetting the 6 x 6 scalloped edged card from Crafts UK.
